Why join the Lincolnville Historical Society? Mostly,
to show us that you care about preserving our town’s history and want to help make that happen.
If you live here you probably stumble across it every day. That stone
wall along your property line or the remnants of an apple orchard
across the road or the strange things you find in the walls of your
old house when you decide to remodel are all tangible
bits of Lincolnville’s history. And if you live somewhere else
but visit us, have a second home here or have found your ancestors
came from Lincolnville, you too may want to join us.
As a member you’ll receive our newsletter twice a year. You’ll
be notified of any new publications, talks or programs as well. But
mostly we’ll have one (or maybe two) more names to add to our
membership list, a list that is a constant reminder that what we’re
doing matters to many people.
Single membership is only $5, or $10 for a couple or family. Become a Friend for $25 or a Lifetime
Member for $100.
Donations, of course, are always welcome. Dues are annual and due January 1.
