Lincolnville Timeline

1930-1940

The population in 1930 is 818.

During the Depression Lincolnville families seem to fare better than people in other parts of the country, partly because as a rural community families still produce most of their needs.

1937: Robie Ames, a salmon fisherman, catches 49 salmon during the May to July season.
